Free Cancelation: all rentals can be canceled outside of 48 hours without penalty.

Rain or Shine: we play Knockerball whether it's raining or not. Only weather related cancelations inside of 48 hours will be made by Knockerball staff due to unsafe weather conditions. Rain check will be given if KB determines it to be unsafe for play.

Location Requirements: Please make sure the location you provided meets our requirements of a minimum of 40x40 ft flat grass, gym floor or carpet without obstructions. (40x40 for 6 balls, basketball court sized space for 8 balls and half a soccer field sized space for 10 balls) NO play will take place on sand, concrete or asphalt. If a night time event, there must be adequate lighting from above. If your chosen location does not meet these criteria, you event will be canceled and refunds will NOT be given.

Permitting: If playing Knockerball at a City and County field/park, a permit is required. Permits are free, but the responsibility of the renter. Refunds will not be given in the event that play is shut down by C&C due to lack of permit.

Signed Waivers: All participants must have a waiver signed for play. We will have a QR Code on had for waiver signing at the event. If parents of minors will not be in attendance, you can share the following link: KB Waiver
